CABERNET SAUVIGNON AT THE MEES WINE ESTATE
The small-berry grapes with their very thick skins ripen healthily in the steeper terraced vineyards in the KREUZNACHER PARADIES. They are harvested at last every year and they are destemmed directly and fermented manually on their mash for 14 to 16 days. The quantitative yield is small. After pressing, the young, dense, tannin-rich red wine matures in large oak barrels and in barriques. The wines can be stored for a long time.
