§ 1 General terms and conditions

1.1 All our deliveries and services are solely valid on the basis of the following terms and conditions of trade at the time the order is placed. Unless agreed to otherwise in writing, any diverging terms and conditions do not apply.

1.2 Customers in these terms and conditions of trade are both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers in terms of these conditions are natural persons who enter into contracts for a purpose that can be attributed neither to commercial nor their professional activities. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of these terms and conditions are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal personality, who, at the point of contract formation, act in pursuance of his/her vocation.

2.1 You can call us, order via online-form or via fax. With your order, you make a binding offer to conclude the contract. § 5 Allocation of costs

You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods are the ordered goods and if the price of the returned goods does not exeed 40 euros or if you, at a higher price, have not paid the goods at the time of the revocation completely or in part. Otherwise the return is free for you.

§ 6 Prices and shipping costs

6.1 All prices include VAT.

6.2 Until further notice the dispatch within Germany is free shipping.

We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective Package.

6.3. Payment: either in advance or PayPal

6.4. Clearance at special prices

The special prices include 19% VAT and free shipping within Germany. They only apply while stocks last and are not transferable.

§ 7 Delivery

7.1 These conditions only apply within Germany. Deliveries abroad are subject to separate arrangements.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days after receipt of the payment.

Orders are shipped by DHL in 6, 12 or 18 bottles special cartons.

7.3 The minimum order is 6 bottles.

§ 8 Payment

Payment shall be made either in advance or PayPal.

With the advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The sum is to be paid within 10 days into our account.

§ 9 Guarantee and Liability

Our warranty and liability is in accordance with statutory provisions.

Please note: the crystallization of tartar is a completely natural phenomenon. Therefore, it can not be a cause of complaint.

§ 10 Title Retention

The goods remain property of until full payment was made.
