KREUZNACHER PARADIES

Healthy, mature Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Kreuznacher Paradise were destemmed immediately after the harvest and fermented on the mash for 16 days by hand. After pressing, the wine matured in large oak barrels for 16 months.

The wine impresses in the glass deep red with light reflections,

in the fragrance tobacco, cedar wood, dark blackberry aromas and balsamic notes,

on the palate black currant, cocoa bean, cedar wood, vanilla, soft tannins and a fine acidity
