"Black from black" - Our youngest dry red wine creation, a cuvée of Pinot Noir and Dunkelfelder.

Fermented for 14 days on the mash and matured for 24 months in oak barrels, partly in barriques,

the complex red wine presents itself in deep black-red.

The scent shows strong aromas of dark berries, blackberry jam, cherry, juniper and black pepper.

In the taste juniper, blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, elderberry, cocoa bean, cardamom, black pepper and vanilla.
